"I used their docs to set up..."
I used their docs to set up backups, and they were easy to follow for the most part. A few sections could probably use updated screenshots, but I still found what I needed without having to contact support. Overall, it was kinda helpful, just not totally perfect

"It keeps crashing and I’m getting frustrated"
I really wanted this backup tool to work, but it has frozen on me twice now and each time it wiped out my settings. Having to set everything up again is annoying, especially for something that’s supposed to protect my data. If this keeps happening, I’ll need to contact support or look for a more reliable option
"I had a quick question and..."
I had a quick question and the support team was super helpful. They knew what they were talking about and got me sorted out fast.

"The error message was actually helpful"
I had a backup fail once, and I was relieved that the error message made sense right away. I was able to figure out the fix without wasting a bunch of time searching around. That’s not always my experience with software like this, so I was happy with how simple and stress-free it ended up being.

"Incremental backups are easy and useful"
I’ve been using AOMEI for incremental backups on my home PC, and it’s been handy. It wasn’t too difficult to set up, and I like that I don’t have to run a full backup every single time. It saves a lot of time and just does what I need it to do. I also tested restoring a few files, and that worked without any trouble. Some parts of the interface could be a little clearer, but overall it’s a useful tool and I’m happy with it. 4 stars from me...

"My images shrank so fast!!"
I tried this out to compress my images, and wow, it worked really well!! The files got way smaller quickly, and I ended up saving a ton of space.

"Didn’t bog down my old PC"
AOMEI ran lighter than I expected on my old laptop. Yeah, the CPU bumped up a little during the backup, but that’s kind of normal, and it didn’t make the machine unusable or anything. I was still able to browse and get some work done while it ran, so I don’t really get the complaints about it being too heavy.

"Updates are usually decent"
I’ve been using AOMEI for a while now, and the updates have been mostly solid. They show up often enough, and most of the time they fix little issues without changing all my settings or making things weird. There was that one time where it took longer than I expected and it had to restart twice, which was kind of annoying, especially because it wasn’t really clear why it did that. Still, it’s been stable overall and it feels like it’s gotten better over time. I’d give it 4 stars.
"Good first impression, and the migration worked"
My first impression of AOMEI was positive because it looked like it would get the job done without too much hassle. I used it to move everything from my old HDD over to a new SSD, and the copy came out right. Windows booted up fine afterward, which was the main thing I cared about. It did take a bit longer than I expected, and I got tripped up by the menus once, so I’d give it 4 stars overall.

"Kept my files safe during backup"
I used AOMEI Tech mostly to move and back up some work files, and as far as I can tell, everything stayed intact. I didn’t notice any missing folders or strange file errors after restoring, which was the main thing I was worried about.
The interface was easy to get around, though a few settings had me pausing for a minute because I wasn’t totally sure what they meant at first. The speed seemed okay to me, not exactly fast, but not painfully slow either.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it handled the important part, which was keeping my data safe. I do think some of the menu wording could be clearer, but overall it worked well enough for what I needed.
"My backups were there when I needed them"
I’ve been using AOMEI Tech for my PC backups for the past few months, it’s been easy to live with. I set up the scheduled backups, and they just run quietly in the background without me having to keep checking on them.
Last week I had a drive issue and needed to restore a few files, which was the real test for me. The restore worked without any drama, and that’s really all I was hoping for. It’s not flashy, but from my experience, it’s been dependable.

"I wasn’t totally sure how the timing..."
I wasn’t totally sure how the timing would work out at first, but they were able to work around my schedule, which made the whole thing easy.

"I tried AOMEI after I accidentally..."
I tried AOMEI after I accidentally deleted a whole folder from my external drive. It did end up finding most of my photos and a few documents I really needed, but the scan took longer than I wanted and I had to sit there checking through a bunch of results, which was kind of a hassle.
Some files had weird names afterward, and a couple wouldn’t open at all, so it definitely wasn’t perfect. Still, it worked better than I expected and saved me from a lot of stress, even if it took more effort than I hoped. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Partition resizing was okay at first, but my last try was frustrating"
I tried using it to resize some partitions, and the first time it actually worked fine. But the most recent time I used it, it got stuck and the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe I’m remembering the annoying part more because it just happened, but right now it definitely feels a bit clunky. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped

"I’ve been using aomeitech.com mostly for automation tasks..."
I’ve been using aomeitech.com mostly for automation tasks, and, for the most part, it’s been solid. It’s not something I have to babysit constantly, which I really appreciate.
Most of the jobs run when they’re supposed to, and I can usually just let things go in the background. There have been a couple of times, though, where something got stuck, or ran later than expected, but it hasn’t happened often enough to really be a major issue.
Overall, I’d say it’s a 4-star experience for me. It does what I need it to do, and it’s been reliable enough, I just wish the occasional little problems were easier to track down and fix

"Tutorials helped, but not all the way"
The tutorials were decent and they did help me get through some of the steps, but a few parts felt a little outdated or just not explained clearly enough. I could follow along for a while, but then I’d get stuck and have to look things up somewhere else. So they helped, they definitely helped, just not completely

"Worked quicker than I thought"
I used aomeitech.com for some disk stuff I needed to sort out, and it went smoother than I expected. I didn’t get into all the advanced bits or anything, but for what I was trying to do, it didn’t freeze up or make me wait forever. Happy with how fast it was...

"Clone worked, but booting was a headache!!"
It did manage to clone my system, but it didn’t boot up properly afterward!! So I’d say it worked halfway, just not as smoothly as I hoped

"Install worked, I guess"
The install didn’t go perfectly the first time, but after giving it another try, it actually worked. Not sure I’d call it smooth, but it got the job done in the end...
